This is a good bag. It's very spacious and can carry a lot of things. I love the color and the design of this bag. However, I only used it for about 3 weeks and haven't touched it since.
The edges of the bag (the outside stitching) are stiff, and it kept rubbing against either my leg or side or somewhere. I didn't like getting small bruises as I walked around with my bag. Finally, the buckles that attach the front of the bag worked great, if you didn't put anything in the front pocket. If there's something in the front pocket that bulges out, the buckles become misaligned and you have to work a little more to thread the buckle through and lock it.
It's not a bad bag. It's just not for me.

I have waited a bit to write a review because I needed to see if this bag was really THE ONE?? The answer is yes! I have had it about a month. Will say that I have had to make some adjustments for how I wanted the bag to fit on me, but thats also a great part of it is that you have so many options for loops and ways of wearing the bag!
Pros: it feels like genuine leather (could totally be but I haven't looked at specs). It is veryy thick and durable with the pieces. Its obviously adorable otherwise none of you reading this would be reading this review lol. It is very sturdy with thick stitching which is nice because I am a college student, I carry my ipad, laptop, water bottle, and extra little things inside and still have space. I was worried about it being too big for me because I am sort of small and thought itd look like an astronaut tank thing on their back idek?? I have used it a month so far and the front close/locking clasps have not yet let me down and still are sturdy.
Cons: the straps are reallyy long, I had to use my leather puncher to make some extra holes so the bag wouldn’t sit so low on my back. The stitching on the loop for where the backpack version is on the middle is not the sturdiest. In my picks I show the different from having it clipped to that piece and the other pic to the handle loops. Found the handle loops are mush more secure and faces more upright (see pics). The stitching on the backpack loop started to pull outward a bit and obviously I love this bag too much to hurt it but also I need this bag to work for my every day life, so customizations I made worked perfect. Last con would be that my hair does get caught in the clasps on the straps so I do but my hair up when using it but I don't mind that cuz the bag is worth it
All in all, its a very customizable bag to fit what you want it to be. It seems quite big at first but seriously order it and try it on before skipping cuz I took the risk and it was worth it. Its now my baby and its the closest thing to perfect as you can find for this quality and cute design. Probs gunna make another review to see how it is after a year of using??

At first I wasn't sure about the design on the front because it's not as subtle as it appears in the photos, but I've grown to love it. This bag is great! It's sturdy and roomy with plenty of pockets, and the locking clasps on the front are strong and hidden from view by the strap ends. I get compliments on this constantly! Yesterday, I managed to cram my laptop, a stack of papers, a small folder, a 600 pg book, a box of wheat thins, as well as pens, my wallet, my phone, and my lipgloss. It really does hold a ton, and it doesn't look like it at all. I will probably end up getting a strap cushion at some point though, because with all that in there, it gets extremely heavy on the shoulders.

I love this bag! I was looking for a professional laptop bag for a business trip I was taking and this one was great. Pockets inside hold my business cards and pens, a large padded pocket held my (rather thick) 15" laptop, an extra pocket in front for files all contained by a zipper. There is even an exterior pocket - covered by the flap - for easy access to my phone, gum, etc. without having to unzip the large area.

Update: STILL GOING STRONG! Handles all my files and still looks great.
Wow I am honestly amazed, I expected an OK briefcase to use for my internship as a therapist at a mental health institution where I have to carry a lot of stuff around. But I definitely did not ask expect this nice, heavy, quality type of briefcase. I was hoping this would just get me through the next year of internship but I think if I take care of this it will last a lot longer than that.
The only recommendations I would make to to the manufacturer is to give an option to not have the middle divider because I am not allowed to carry a laptop at work, so it kind of gets in the way. I would also suggest making the buckles real buckles instead of the turnbuckles however I have gotten those to work with no problem.
This is an awesome briefcase with lots of room and I absolutely love the backpack option for when my hands are full. Will definitely make a student feel like a professional.

I have used messenger bags all of my life starting in college- I have never carried a purse because I can't stand them.
This bag is a little different from the generic messenger bag style.
I love the compartment on the front, the subtle inside small pockets included for pens. Because this was listed under laptop bags (and my 15.1" laptop does fit) the center divider is padded which I have never seen except in a dedicated laptop case.
It is perfect for a single working mother who never knows how much I'm going to be carrying around.
Every bag I have had before has been black and I went with black here too- the white stitching looks great and I wasn't too sure about the flower design- but it's subtle and works with the design.
I wear it over my shoulder or crossbody but it's nice to have that extra stap if I need it. Another great detail is the swivel clips on the ends of the straps;
I can pick up the bag, put the strap on my shoulder and not have to worry about it being twisted.
Overall a great bag for the money especially if you've sworn off leather but still want quality!
Would reccomend to anyone!

I’m not a backpack person at all as I don’t think it looks very professional for work. I love the weight of this bag and being able to wear it as a backpack. What's unique is they don't use magnets to secure the outside flap (always a problem in NYC because someone can easily open the little outside pocket that us under the flap and have access to items). Not great for keeping a phone, wallet or anything valuable in the outside pocket.
This bag has straps on the flap that cover heavy metal secure twists, the outside pocket making that outside pocket more secure. I feel safe keeping my phone and wallet in the outside pouch of the bag. Inside the bag fits my laptop, cords and diary. It's snug in there, but everything fits. I do wish there was a bit more room, but for the money, it's a good buy.

I like it very much but just look closer at the pictures if you’re not aware that it is there. Overall I feel like this was an excellent find for me and that it is priced very fairly for the quality of the product. I highly recommend!

Had this bag for a few months now, and I love it. Very classy looking. Some of the reviews had mentioned it is hard to close the two front latches. If it is really full it is difficult but I don't put a lot of extras in mind besides my computer and a few notebooks so I haven't had too much of an issue with it. If you're the type of person who would be putting a lot of extra things in your bag it might be more of an issue for you.
I can fit two to three notebooks, my Microsoft surface, and my wireless mouse with no issues. I sometimes put a protein bar or similar snack in the front pocket and usually some ink pens in there.
The construction seems to be a good quality, holding up well so far, and the lining on the inside is of good quality too. Every once in awhile the clip that holds the strap on does get caught on the top of the bag where it folds over. I just have to push the latch in to get it out but I do worry about it damaging the leather one day.
I would still highly recommend this bag if you are looking for something of good quality that looks professional but still has a little bit of personality to it.

It's a gorgeous bag! Here are some of the pluses:
1. It's actually a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be! I was sure it would dig into my shoulders and so far... it's really nice! My bag is heavy because I have my 15" MacBook pro, a large iPad, my planner, lots of cords, and other assorted things in there. But, carrying it is rather comfortable. I wouldn't take this hiking obviously, but carrying this around all day for work is comfortable.
2. The bag itself is SO pretty!
3. The versatility of the straps is so nice. I never thought it would work as a backpack, but it definitely does and it's very stylish.
Here are a few cons:
1. I wish like everyone else that the straps were shorter. I actually really like that it hangs low on my back, but I'd love the option to have it be higher.
2. The bag is a bit finicky to close. It has a clasp that's definitely there for good reason because the buttons would not hold up with the bag's weight when you lift it. But, you can't lift the bag by the handle without closing the flap. And that's been a bit of a pain so far. I use this bag for work and I keep the flap unclasped so I can reach in and get things. But, I have to clasp it shut before lifting it up and that's a pain, especially when I'm in a hurry. BUT, this bag is super nice and, in my opinion, this is a really nitpicky, small price to pay for such a comfortable, cool bag.
3. I wish it could have more zipped pockets.
4. It'd be nice if the outside pocket could be buttoned closed so things didn't slide out.

I LOVE it. Looks even better in person than online. Exactly what I wanted. I like how the long strap can be detached, makes it very versatile. I was a bit worried about having to buckle and unbuckle straps several times a day...but in fact the actual buckles are only there for aesthetics...hidden behind them is a little metal twisty clip that keeps the flap closed. I use this as both a backpack and a suitcase-style bag. The leather is fairly nice quality, but not a superb, clearly-made-by-and-old-man-in-Italy kind of leather. It's a little smooth, almost waxy on the surface like a new pair of shoes.
When I don't have my laptop, the back tends to bulge out because I carry a lot of small pouches of art supplies. The divider in the middle for a laptop doesn't have much structure and divides the bag in half, so little things can get lost in the saggy bottom. I also found the straps don't always reach the latches on the front of the bag. Luckily they are fully functional buckles, so with a ruler, a pen, and a pair of scissors, I poked 4 new holes in the straps. I'm surprised it didn't come with this already, but it's very easy to mod. The straps are a little awkward in backpack mode-- they're very long when made into shorter loops, and the bag doesn't sit as high as I'd prefer.
Overall, the bag is a solid choice. It's great for hauling lots of little things. It does lack slight little details, like a stiffening panel on the back, to make it more rigid in areas of more wear that one may miss in a higher-price bag, but wear-and-tear use is part of the charm of leather bags.

Great bag. Ordered it back in February, carry it to work 5 days a week and it’s still holding up well. There have been a few threads I’ve had to trim. There is also tangled sewn thread on the shoulder strap. I included a photo of that and I have not messed with it in any way. When I received the bag, I was very pleased on the quality and look of the bag. I would have rated the bag higher if the following features change.
1. Include pads or little legs to support and protect the bottom of the bag.
2. The clasps on the front of the bag can be difficult to close; almost prefer a hook, snap, or simple clasps. When you're commuting, you don't have time to set the bag down, line both holes, then turn the clasp so it closes. Sometimes, I can't close the cover quickly and tend to struggle with it. So, I end up just closing the top and leaving the clasps alone. But once it's closed, it's fine.
3. The front pocket is a perfect fit for a thin day planner, however, when you place the planner in that pocket, the weight shifts the bag forward. (That's a little annoying) So, the front pocket will be used to hold my keys and phone instead. But I'd be careful since the bag has a tendency to fall forward a little, your items may fall out; this pocket has no zipper as you can see in the photo.
Other than that, I received 5 compliments within 10 minutes of receiving the bag. It is beautiful and once I get use the kinks, I think I'll be happy with it.

I recently purchased this bag before a two-week work trip that would be immediately followed by a short vacation. I needed something that would fit my laptop and necessary items, but would work comfortably for sight-seeing as well, and this bag fit the bill!
I was able to fit: laptop, laptop charger, phone charger, umbrella, bottled water, wallet, sunglasses case, pen, and makeup bag, with the occasional snack thrown in and always a bit of wiggle room. I received a lot of compliments while using the bag - both from co-workers and even strangers in the security line at the airport!
Cons - closing it can be a bit of a pain, because the two straps have to be exactly right for it to work. However, since there is also a zipper for the main compartment, I could always quickly zip and deal with the buckles later if I was in a rush. I have also noticed a bit of wear and tear where the hook for the strap rubs against the bag, but that's more just from heavy use for three weeks.
Overall, would recommend to others. Photos are just to give an idea of relative size, I was obviously not trying to model the bag in these.

This bag has been a LIFESAVER! I work in NYC which means a lot of commuting every day. Lugging my laptop around in an oversized purse wasn't cutting it and because I work in fashion I felt it was imperative to try and find something that was trendy but ultimately functional. It is made of faux leather, polyester lining with vintage gold hardware that accents the bag giving it retro color where needed. The faux leather that can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. This bag feels nice to the touch and looks great. It seems like it's made out of pretty thick materials and does well in light rain. It's very much like leather but without the smell. After less than 30 days from the beginning of the school year my high school student noticed the middle ring started to come away from the rest of the bag so it's no longer usable as a backpack anymore. It can only use it as a messenger bag. The stitching/thread on this area was the only flaw we saw so far. I don't recommend it if you're going to carry more than 10 lb of anything inside of it routinely as a backpack, although the actual bag can hold much more. It is currently holding 13 lb of books/school supplies.

First I would like to say I love the way this bag looks! But there are some things that need improvement. First, it is advertised as being red. It is actually reddish-brown. I don't use it as a backpack. I saved the extra strap in case the one I use all the time gets worn out. The strap hook would get caught on the bag flap and started cutting into the flap. I put a piece of tape over where the hook opens. In the picture, it looks tacky but you don't really notice it, and it stopped the hook from cutting the flap. On the strap, the leather piece that holds the strap slides all the way down and the strap comes out so I use a black rubber tie to keep it from sliding down. Also, there should be some metal posts on the bottom of the bag to protect the bottom. I don't keep my laptop in it because with my tablet, a notebook, my phone, and wallet it is heavy on my shoulder. Even with those things, it is very smart looking and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I plan to get a lot of use out it and would probably buy it again.

Albeit, I really love this bag, it is just too heavy and large for me personally, as after just carrying it two days, I already can feel pain in my bag and shoulders. Moreover, it had caused substantial bruising on my left hip. If I decide not to return it, I am probably going to give it my niece, who works as a nurse, and re-order something smaller for myself.
Now, please keep in mind that I am in my 60s... so I have 60+ year old bones! The bottom line for me is that I honestly believe this bag would be a wonderful addition to anyone's wardrobe!

The color red is more of a dark red. But, not too dark that you cannot tell it is red. It's dark enough that it isn't loud like other red bags out there. I wanted something different from black; which is my usual choice in bags. But, I find that this bag will go with any outfit I pretty much wear.

It is very sturdy and structured (which I like in a bag), but keep that in mind if you don't like that. Seems like it will last long, as long as it's taken care of. Wonderful bag for the cost! I am an undergraduate student and purchased this to take to my professional internship as opposed to using my more beat-up school bag. It is also quite heavy after putting things in (I do not put a lot in). Also, the straps are difficult to put on. They are often twisted or get tangled in my hair. I also had to make two additional holes as the straps were way too long. I'm not particularly fond of the turn clasp. As it is just difficult to remove every time I need to get in. I love the aesthetics of this bag - but be warned it is heavy when you fill it with a laptop, pad folio, tablet, chargers, etc. My only real complaint is there is a crease in the back that formed after the first use or so! It's not fairly noticeable as I can easily hide it on job interviews since it's facing my body! If you want something that is going to last you many years or a lighter briefcase I would most likely go with another option!

Okay, I am a working mom and need things that will allow my to have my hands free to be able to grab a toddler. So I bought this bag specifically because it's beautiful, sturdy, and can be worn as a backpack. While the bag is definitely sturdy and beautiful, the straps suck because they are SO LONG. As a result, the bag can't be worn tightly against my back. It hangs low and off my back similar to a 7th grader who wears the low hanging backpack to school because they think it looks cool. I'm too old for this. I'm concerned that I will hurt my back wearing it like this and will be taking it somewhere to try to get holes punched in the straps.
My second complaint about the straps is that they are hard and sturdy like the rest of the bag. This makes them uncomfortable on my shoulders. There's no shoulder pads or anything. This would also be a problem if worn as a messenger bag.
So ultimately, I'm rating it as a 3. While I love the look of the bag, and I love that it can be worn as a backpack, messenger bag, and can be carried as a briefcase, it's frankly uncomfortable and needs modifications for it to be a daily briefcase for me.

I love this bag and get many compliments on it. It is sturdy and holds alot as it is deceiving. The biggest issue that I have is that I had to modify the bag as there was no protection on the bottom where you slide your computer into. I put the bag down at the airport and I heard my laptop hit the floor. I had to grab a t-shirt from my luggage to make sure that it did not do damage to the computer. I since then had added a foam strip to the computer compartment at the bottom.

Loved the color, design, and idea. Unfortunately, if you wear as a backpack, there's excess strap ends that have no home or way of securing. I only had my laptop and a notebook in it and white threads were showing within a week. They appear as if they'll give with a forceful tug on the straps. Also, the buckles WILL rip your clothes when putting it on and taking it off, as a backpack. I would recommend an alternative or just using as a non-backpack briefcase. It also doesn't stand up my itself, which can get quite frustrating. Not the professional option it was ordered for, but an acceptable, strapless back-up briefcase.

This bag is adorable, thick and seems like it will hold up well. However when it arrived it was crunched and folded as it it had a heavy weight on top of it and it was missing the shoulder strap. Hoping it gets it s shape back after use and that the seller will contact me to send a strap.
Update: Seller contacted me within 24 hours and is replacing the missing strap but it will take 20-30 days to arrive. Nothing even mentioned from them about resolving the 'damage'. Will be looking for another bag elsewhere.

I commute by walking and subway and purchased this bag specifically to carry to work. The bag does not wear well as a crossbody because it is stiff and bulky, and it and does not feel comfortable to wear on one shoulder while walking for any distance more than a couple of blocks. It was honestly much bigger than I thought it would be and is very awkward on a crowded train.
On the other hand, the color and the design of the bag is attractive, and it looks to be made well for what it costs. It would be perfect for a car commuter looking for a pretty business bag that won't break the bank. I will keep it on hand for storage because it is nice to look at, but I don't know that I will get much practical use out of it.

I’m absolutely in love with this bag, so much that even though one of the opening pins broke and I’m still using it. I bought it to use for work and in less than two months one of the pins at the front came loose. I was very disappointed that it didn’t last long. Also the bag by itself is a bit heavier than I anticipated which makes it feel like a “ton a bricks” when I put my papers in there to carry. This is a review after 6 months of use. I really love the design of this backpack. It looks fashion. But as other users said - if you use it as a backpack instead of the shoulder bag, "The straps are way too long with not enough wholes. I also don't love the way the connection parts swivel". When I wear it, the metal parts are just on my shoulder and make me super uncomfortable. The material of this bag isn't that good either, at least I will say, not worth it's price. I only put my 13-inch laptop and two notebooks inside but the bag is easily distorted. I also bought their shoulder back, that one is much better. I won't suggest buying this one but definitely you can try a smaller one.

This bag is almost perfect.
First, the good. It’s very well made. There’s no loose stitching on the “leather”, the metal feels high quality, the zippers feel sturdy, and the outside material is soft. I love the clasps. They feel very secure.
Now the bad, The first complaint is that the straps are way too long. I understand they did this so you can carry it as a messenger bag too, but they really should’ve just included one long strap and two shorter ones. On the smallest hole these were 32 inches long. I had to poke new holes, and now I have extra strap hanging down that I don’t really know what to do about.
The second problem is the D-ring you attach the straps to so you can wear as a backpack. When you add the length of the ring plus the clips it makes the bag sit at an odd angle while on the back. It creates this huge gap and looks like you’re wearing a messenger bag on the back. I notice now they only show one picture of the bag on the back, and not even in the original listing. In the picture she has her hand on the strap, and I assume she’s holding it up. However, attaching the clips to the briefcase handle completely fixed this problem.
It seems a lot smaller than they show in the video on the listing. This isn’t really an issue for me personally, but I just thought others might want to know. My laptop is significantly more slim than the one in the video. I also put in a book that’s thinner than that one in the video and a small kindle paper white. I’m already almost out of room. After I put in my laptop charger and a spiral notebook that’ll be it. I bought the (15.6 inch size). Also, it’s a hair difficult to get my laptop in. It is a 15.6 inch, and I have to really make sure I’m putting it straight down and flat against the back of the bag. The sides are curved inwards towards the bag, and that’s the only way it’ll fit. However, the front pocket fits my large happy planner no problem.
Once the laptop is in the padded compartment it’s near impossible to put anything in or get anything out of the zipper pocket as the material of the bag doesn’t stretch. I attached a video of me showing what I mean by this, as well as showing how much room I have left. (I have very small hands, so not much room at all) As you can see in the video I have to undo the Velcro of the padded compartment to access the zipper and I can barely get my hand in and out. If you put the laptop in the big compartment you can’t utilize the pen compartment or fabric pockets, so you really just have to pick which one you can’t use.
All in all though, it isn’t a horrible product. It’s great for my needs, but if you need to carry more things like a Bluetooth mouse or headphones be aware those things might not fit. If you don’t need as much space it’s a pretty small modification to make the straps work out. Just a quick poke with an awl or even a small screwdriver. I might add some little gold feet as well so it doesn’t sit directly on the floor during class.
EDIT: This bag is SO HEAVY. My back is hurting so bad, and I only have a laptop in there now. As far as laptops go mine is fairly lightweight. Even without anything in it the bag is a heavy weight material.
The stitching around the D-ring is coming undone. I had to put the straps back on it because with the straps on the handle the D-ring rubbed on my spine in a really uncomfortable way.
I’ve used the bag for about 2 weeks, and now there are indents in the bag from leaning against my desk, and they won’t come out. This bag definitely isn’t going to hold up, and I’m so disappointed.
I want to love this bag. It is so cute. But it’s already coming apart, and the weight makes it impractical for everyday use.

I received this bag and it was packaged poorly. The quality seems nice, and there was no offensive smell coming from the bag. However, it was dented in two places and the dents left an impression on the material even after being smoothed out. I called amazon and they issued a return, but I bought it for a trip and I wanted to take my iPad with me. I had no bag big enough to store this 12.9 inch iPad so I had to use it regardless and forfeit my return.
I wish I got the brown color now that I think of it. I got this item in black and the contrast of the thread (white) against the black leather-like material looks cheap. Why they didn’t use a black thread is beyond me. It detracts from the aesthetic of the bag and is distracting. The hardware was also scratched pretty badly when I received it.
Overall, the packaging it came in could be improved. I have been eyeing this bag for some time and I’m a little disappointed that when I finally got it, it’s not all that I had hoped it would be. Maybe I’ll try another bag in a different style from this company, they are cute and large to accommodate a laptop/iPad. Maybe I just got a dud.

This bag is used by a teenager who does not carry heavy books to school. Very dressy. Yet, the first strap broke 2 months ago and now recently, the 2nd one broke again. The bag itself is sturdy so i'm rating the overall unit, which is unusable without the straps. I can change this rating if I ever figure out how to get a warranty or a spare strap. We hate having to throw away stuff if possible.

I was initially really happy and purchased this bag for a college laptop bag. I put my MacBook, a planner and a notebook in it as well as my pens. inpurchased on August 25th and today is October 19th and I realized the backpack loop on the back after just over a month of use is completely coming undone. Very disappointment in this.
Other than this pretty huge flaw I loved the quality and love the bag. But when it rips out I won’t be able to use it as a backpack which is why I bought the bag.
Really disappointed that for what I paid it isn’t going to let me more than two months when I only use it twice a week to take to campus with me.
Giving overall 2 stars because the bag itself is super sturdy and durable. Really wish this would have lasted me longer. I’ve gotten tons of compliments and love it but I have to be able to wear it on my back.

Let me start by saying I was so excited to receive this bag.
Esthetically this bag is beautiful and it fit all the items I needed for work.
However, I found that it was much more comfortable to use as a backpack then a messenger bag. I am 5'5" and the straps seemed a little long for me. I would need to add more additional holes to be warn comfortably in my opinion.
I used this bag for one week and the area where the straps connect to, is coming apart from the bag. Seems a little soon for it to be coming apart for the price I paid in my opinion.
I contacted the seller hoping they would make it right and was told I will receive a $9.99 refund. For a $59 bag?! So I then contacted Amazon who is sending me a new bag. Fingers crossed this one stays together, because this bag is absolutely adorable.

I have to piggy back on some of the other reviewers. This is a nice looking back. If you are short, it may prove a challenge. The straps are too long. So, I moved the hooks to a different location ( I already sent it back so I cannot take a picture). Basically, I moved the hooks to the front of the bag. It wasn't too, too bad BUT after a day with this bag, my back was hurting. It sat too low on my back and the contents of the bag made it lean forward. I wound up having to hold both of the straps while walking with the bag to make it more flush against my back. Then, I tried one more thing that completely compromised the look of the bag but, with this change, the bag was flush against my back. However, after one day with this compromised fashion, my shoulders were hurting. After that, I made a decision to return the bag. It's unfortunate.

I purchased this beautiful messenger for work. All I carry in it is my iPad, purse and a regular 8 x 11 notepad. Its seems to be a great bag and very roomy. It fit well on my shoulder, lightweight and easy enough to carry around.
Unfortunately, within three weeks from first use, the zipper broke.
I contacted the seller through Amazon and they responded the following day asking for pics. I sent them the pics the same evening, which was 7/16. When I did not hear back from them on 7/19, I sent a reminder email, still no word.
If I don't hear from them within the next two days I will be returning the bag. As much as I like the bag, I don't want to be walking around with an unsecured zipper for my valuables. Really disappointed by the lack of follow-up response.

It’s a beautiful bag, but not durable . All I’ve carried in it is a laptop in a sleeve, a small hardcover book and a few folders. I added the sleeve for protection as was suggested by others. You have to, or risk damaging your laptop because there’s not any cushion on the bottom of the bag. The inside plastic that helps the bag keep its shape cracked maybe a month after purchase in part because the bag slouches. I’ve received many compliments, but it’s not made for day-in, day-out use like a regular work bag. Sorry to say because I thought even though it’s not leather, I thought I finally got a good work bag. I’m sure I’ll be looking for a new one by year-end.

I SO wanted to love this bag. I looked at so many and I loved the style of this one and that it could convert from a backpack to a regular shoulder bag. The buckles and straps suck, the buckles hits right on your shoulders so it’s super uncomfortable. The strap lengths are odd and the price to hold them from flapping around slides off so it’s a constant battle. The clips on the side would get caught on the flap of the bag and ruin the flap and then the final straw was one of the front buckles that hold the flap down just tore off. Waste of money... barely lasted 3 months. DO NOT waste your money. Cheaply made and uncomfortable.

The bag is easy on the eyes and is a great size for my small work laptop. However, as much as I wanted to love this bag, it is unfortunately a little disappointing. The material the bag is made of is sturdy but darn near inflexible. The straps are long if you put it at the last hole so it can fit securely on your back so they dangle and get caught in things if you are not careful. The bag is made of a heavy material and is not made for comfort of carrying. The stitching is already coming apart on the piece that connects the straps to the bag.
I reached out to Ecosusi and they were responsive initially and said they'd take care of it, I even sent them photo's as requested. They said they'd reach out to Amazon to help resolve it and then they asked for photo's so it could be resolved and closed...that was back in December.

The latches for straps do not feel like they will last. The “leather” looks more economical than what I was expecting. Kinda plastic. Small compartments make it ok to carry but you can’t fit much. The “leather” trim is peeling and the “ hardware” closures are sprung open on one side . Waste of money. Does not last.
